What does "no cure, no pay" mean exactly?
If we are unable to repair your hardware or source the component you need, you pay nothing. We only charge when we successfully deliver a solution. This applies to all repair and RMA recovery services.
How fast do you respond after I submit a request?
We aim to provide an initial diagnosis within 24 hours of receiving your request. A detailed repair proposal with timeline and pricing follows within 48 hours. For urgent cases, contact us directly by phone.
Do you handle bulk orders?
